Time flies soooooo fast. I can’t believe it’s already September. How is the first half of the year over already? But seriously, I can’t believe it still feels like summer omg. Just a heads-up, I’m currently learning how to write, so my writing might be a bit awkward.

I can’t count on both hands the number of nights I stayed up studying just in the first half of this year. There were moments, studying late into the dawn with the sound of snoring as my only companion, that I was truly envious of them.

However, persevering through those moments and dedicating myself to my studies truly paid off. I got a scholarship last year, and I received one again this year. I was sooo satisfied to see the increased amount and my improved grades.

Also, I’m finally studying for an engineer license that I had postponed. I passed the written exam, so now all that’s left is the practical exam. I’m trying to hang in there, hoping that my sleepless nights will finally decrease once this year is over.

We often talked about working overseas. Seeing them turn that talk into a reality is a powerful reminder that I can’t keep putting off my English studies. They’re all absolutely amazing.

I think I’ll start with writing, and then mainly on speaking. I’m also going to take some tests regularly to check my progress.

mentoring

I started a mentoring program without giving it much thought. However, I was surprised that the mentor was so sincere. Their sincerity made me decide that I should also study the PS and take the Design Patterns lecture I had signed up for.

Then, I found an old award while filling out a document. It was an excellence award from the coding academy where I studied to become a developer. I had completely forgotten about it, so finding it was sooo funny as I remembered that time. Seeing it again motivated me to try harder.
